What you pay, and what comes back
- No key money and no agency fee.
- A refundable deposit applies: one month's rent for monthly stays, 30,000 JPY for weekly stays. It is returned after check-out once restoration costs, if any, are settled.
- An additional 10,000 JPY per month (prorated) applies for 2 guests, and for the peak months of July, August and December.
- Minimum stay is 7 nights. Discounts are available for stays of 3 months or longer.

- Join a short online meeting by video call (about 30 minutes)
- Complete the electronic contract and bank transfer
Everything is completed online. Subletting or operating the unit as a vacation rental is not permitted.
